Mahesh qualified in 1975 and soon after began postgraduate training at the highly renowned Eastman's Dental Institute, London. Ever since returning to general practice in 1979 he has dedicated his working life to education and the provision of the highest standards in dentistry.

Mahesh is currently a Specialist in the field of Oral Surgery, and having carried out over 5,000 implants has been appointed as an Examiner for Implant Diploma at Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh as well as a Fellow and Diplomate of International Congress of Oral Implantology.

Using the skills he has acquired over years of treating patients, Mahesh routinely carries out full mouth rehabilitations using a variety of dental tools ranging from veneers to implants with excellent results!

Dr Rashmi Patel qualified as a dentist in 1977. She took over the current RP Advanced Dental and Implant Centre premises in 1988 and has built up a loyal patient following who value her individual and understanding approach.

Rashmi's academic credentials are exemplary. Since qualifying as a dentist she has become a tutor and examiner for the Royal College of Surgeon's prestigeous Member of Joint Dental Faculty examination as well as an examiner for the National Board of Dental Nurses.

Rashmi is a also a Diploma tutor for the MFGDP, a member of many dental committees, and an editor for several dental publications.

Rashmi leads a team of dentists and hygienists whose primary focus is to deliver the very best in dental treatment and care. Her dedication, allied with the very latest in technology, means treatments can be carried swiftly and to an expert level within the comfort of the newly refurbished practice.

Rashmi recognises that patients have a choice and values their opinions. She is always open to ideas and suggestions on how service may be improved.

Fern qualified from the University of Bordeaux in France in 1984 as a Dental Surgeon. She completed post-graduated training in Orthodontics in Paris in 1993 and achieved UK specialist registration. She is a member of The British Orthodontic Society (BOS). As well as an active clinician, Fern attends up-to-date courses in all aspects of orthodontics and contributes regularly to French professional publications.

Fern is a highly talented and respected clinician in her field with over 20 years experience. Her philosophy is rarely to extract teeth unless absolute necessity working with the last generation of arch wires, using light forces to move teeth into position and to keep them healthy.

Dr Gluckman has amassed over 20 years' experience as a specialist in Endodontics (root canal treatment) using the latest microscopic techniques. Having so many years of experience has allowed him to provide the treatment in a timely manner, thus ensuring having a root canal treatment with him is a more pleasant experience for his patients.

Norman graduated from Witwatersrand University, South Africa in 1969, where he worked as a general dentist. He registered as a specialist in endodontics by the Israeli Ministry of Health in 1979 and has limited his interest in dentistry to endodontics ever since.

In his spare time Norman likes to unwind by playing squash and going to theatre.

Norman says "Most people come to me for root canal treatment dreading the treatment due to the 'bad name' root fillings has out there, but after their treatment with me, they are very happy and pleased, as it is never as bad as they expect it to be".
